Placing an order at Ochnik is easy. Browse our website, select the products you want to buy and click "Add to Cart". Go through the simple order fulfillment process, enter your shipping details and complete the payment to confirm your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders placed during the event, including all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges and additional deliveries.
Q5 Can I cancel/modify my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify your order during delivery, as we send your order details directly from the online store to our warehouse system, which speeds up delivery. You can refuse acceptance at any time, and the package will be automatically returned to us free of charge.

We offer free exchanges within 60 days, with no shipping costs for the exchange.
